We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. This Delivery and Shipping Policy outlines our processes, including estimated Turn Around Times (TAT) for processing and shipping your orders.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it undergoes processing, which includes verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Our standard processing times are as follows:

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Methods and Turn Around Time (TAT)

After processing, orders are shipped using our trusted shipping partners. The Turn Around Time (TAT) for delivery depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Below are the estimated TATs:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days within the continental U.S., 45-60 business days for international orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days within the continental U.S., 45-60 business days for international orders.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day within the continental U.S. (not available for international orders).

Note: TAT begins once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Please check our website for a full list of supported countries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental U.S

Shipping Restrictions

We ship globally, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas due to carrier limitations. Some products, such as hazardous materials, may have specific shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and return shipping costs. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
